End-of-the-year Aura Farming
‘Tis the season to light each other up! My shiny and bright pals at Moving Just Fine in Montreal prompted me for a community sadhana fitting of the times and I wanted to extend it to all as a holiday support. Consider this offering a celebratory close-out of a 9 year (all things subtle) and a welcoming of a 10 year (all things radiant). What’s subtle and radiant and gold all over? The aura! The breath! Our godliness! Our humanness!
We’ll collectively ride this practice as a bridge across time from the last full moon of the year to the first full moon of the year. The intention is to use this daily practice as a tool for orienting during such a frenetic season with the big bright moon as our inspo.
This meditation in particular is intended to clarify our subtle body - the body which attracts opportunities to us by virtue of collecting and organizing the universe. It’s a practice in stimulating our thou-ness which is best explained through the philosophy of Martin Buber who saw the meeting between I and Thou as the most important aspect of human experience because it is in relationship that we become fully human.
From Counselling Today: When one meets another as Thou, the uniqueness and separateness of the other is acknowledged without obscuring the relatedness or common humanness that is shared. *drops mic*
This kriya also strengthens the arc line and when originally taught it was said that you will be so shiny and bright that people will not be in a position to look at your face. I guess everyone’s getting sunglasses in their stockings.
