
GOLDEN CHILD
A prenatal series for birthing bodies to feel the pulse of life and the portal of creation.
Each class includes a journey through stretching, exploratory and dynamic movement, conscious breathing, some chanting, and deep meaningful connection to body + baby. Expect rhythmic movements that combine elements of Hatha, Kundalini Yoga, dance and Pilates for mental, physical, and spiritual support throughout pregnancy, birth and early life as a new fam.
Each chapter includes relevant playlists and additional resources including journal prompts, suggested home-work, postpartum tips, belly blessing guidelines, and affirmations for birth.
No yoga experience necessary. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Bring an open mind.
