  • Mondays @ 6-7pm | Rotary Hall - Lion’s Head

    A weekly meeting to explore contemporary Pilates in community. Expect a playful music-driven class.

    We’ll move through a 60 minute mat Pilates class incorporating 2-3 lbs. weights, a squish ball, and resistance bands. We’ll be standing, laying down, and 4-point-kneeling while moving through all planes of motion.

    Modifications will be offered throughout so please come as you are.

    Bring your own mat. Dress in whatever brings you comfort in movement and be prepared with an open mind: we may get a little dancey.

  • Sunday @ 6-8pm | Rotary Hall - Lion’s Head

    A 2 hour monthly meeting to practice deep listening.

    Together we’ll prepare the physical body to be more receptive and attuned to our energetic bodies by way of dynamic movement, stretching, restorative yoga shapes, breathwork, and a little dance. We’ll settle in for a 30 minute soundbath with a 30” symphonic gong.

    This is a receptive practice for deep rest and recalibration.

    Monthly themes will be informed by seasonal shifts and Five Element Theory per Traditional Chinese Medicine, Katonah Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga.

    In addition to a yoga mat and an open mind, please bring any equipment that will contribute to your comfort: a bolster, a blanket, socks, a meditation cushion.

    All levels and curiosities welcome.

  • Picture this:

    A silent group hike through hardwoods leads us to a cleared meadow where we’ll move through a series of standing movements inspired by contemporary Pilates and yoga. We’ll mobilize and flow with the trees as both witness and guide having attuned ourselves to the soundscape of the forest. Think: Jane Fonda meets The Nature of Things.

    We’ll close the loop with a convivial group hike along the escarpment on mossy rocks and through old growth cedars while connecting post-movement.

  • Wear whatever offers ease and comfort in movement like non-constricting exercise clothes. We practice PENINSULA PILATES in bare feet. We wear hiking shoes or runners for FOREST PLAY.
