A Drop-in Movement Series for Longer Days

Explore contemporary Pilates in community from Spring Equinox to Summer Solstice. Expect a playful music-driven class to welcome the energy of Spring. All levels welcome.

We’ll move through a 60 minute mat Pilates class sometimes incorporating 2-3 lbs. weights and a squish ball. We’ll be standing, laying down, and 4-point-kneeling while moving through all planes of motion. Modifications will be offered throughout so please come as you are. Bring your own mat. Dress in whatever brings you comfort in movement and be prepared with an open mind: we may get a little dancey.

Consider this offering a coming home to great nature: a thaw for the physical body and a rebirth for the energetic body.

*Note that class will be on for Easter Monday and Victoria Day holidays. Class on June 1 will be held outside weather-permitting as the Rotary Hall is previously booked.
