The power of Kundalini yoga lies in the actual experience of it. It is a science, art, and technology that enables one to access and utilize their own creative energy expanded beyond ordinary awareness and perception. Together we’ll practice dynamic movement (kriya), breath (pranayam) and mantra meditation to tap the subtle body by way of the physical body. We’ll learn the why behind what we do and how we do it to energize, awaken, purify and heal.
The aim is to experience the transformative nature of these teachings in a way that is felt in the heart and extends to your consciousness so you may have a wider horizon of grace and knowing. Ultimately, you come to understand your existence in relationship to the universe and understand that you already are the universe.

The Modules
In this mini-training we’ll get a taster of each cycle of existence as it relates to the teachings of Kundalini yoga.

In this module we explore emotion and expansiveness, infinity and the totality of everything that ever was or will be through understanding the lineage of teachings, the Aquarian Age, and the art of channelling the wisdom of the cosmos. We’ll move through practical kriyas and basic pranayams to harness the magic of the spine and the magic of the breath.

This module has us experiencing that the deeper the breath, the deeper the life. We’ll navigate these ancient teachings and how they apply to modern life as it manifests from infinity. Expect tools on prosperity, vitality, beauty, and a nervous system overhaul. We’ll use the strength of the physical and mental body as a means to access the transformative properties of the energetic bodies.

From infinity and life we experience death, change, universal love, and the transformation of consciousness. This module is about cleaning up and clearing out. We’ll explore potent physical movements and mantra to liberate misplaced emotions to a space of love and acceptance. Prepare to go deep into the shadows to experience what’s on the other side.

We complete the cycle of life with a rebirth, regeneration and resurrection which allows us to consciously experience the joy of the infinite. Full circle. We’ll explore the subtle body through the lens of both eastern and western anatomy including a journey through the chakras and numerology as it applies to multiple bodies knowing that we are so much more than our physical body.

GOLDEN CIRCLE 10hr is a condensed version of GC’s 60hr offering comprised of four x 2.5hr modules completed IRL over one weekend.
Participants will receive a 10hr certificate of completion.
If you’re interested in deeper study, participants will have the option to continue with more comprehensive self-guided study online - effectively working towards a 60hr hybrid certificate. Details to follow. -
